RESERVATION POLICY

We accept reservations 24 hours a day.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11.00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to availability. We do accept after midnight check-in subject to prior notice (subject to availability).
All of our room rates are based on double occupancy and include continental breakfast, free wi-fi, and wakeup call service. The prices of the room rates and packages do NOT include NH Room Tax (9%). Rollaway rate is $10.00 per night. extra person rate is $10.00 per night.
Hotel may apply different room type if occupancy is more than listed on reservation. Addition charges may apply to different room types. Extra person rates may apply
A credit card is required to make a reservation. We accept all major credit cards. cancellation penalty will apply, subject to time and days of the reservation.
A minimum length of stay may be required on some holidays or special events. An advanced deposit may also be required.
We do not accept pets ($300.00 will charged if found in room).
All Rooms are NO SMOKING. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a charge of $150.00.
